Workers were all nice and efficient. Every part of the building was clean
Went in as a walk-in. When I arrived, there were only two people in the waiting room. After those two were seen and left the office, two more walked in — one of them was 20 minutes early for a scheduled appointment (overheard while sitting near reception during their check in). I fully understand appointments take priority, but what I don’t understand is taking someone early for an appointment ahead of a walk-in who had already been waiting for over an hour and a half.
