Seen quickly. Doctor was excellent and spent a lot of time.
I was very impressed, first by the office itself. It's a beautiful building, the inside is very tastefully designed and decorated. It's very clean, well organized and comfortable. Second is the staff. I was promptly greeted, I was given my forms to fill out and had a very brief wait time. I'm terrible with names, but I visited the office on June 19th at about 6 pm. Excellent urgent care. Care as good as expected anywhere with no appointments and reasonable waiting time.
I appreciated that I did not have to schedule in advance and were able to walk in for an emergency visit. Check in was roughly easy however completing paperwork knowingly that my spouse had a hand issue was inappropriate. Luckily I was there to assist with the paperwork, otherwise it would be hard to navigate the forms when he went in for a hand issue.
