The staff, nurse and doctor were excellent
Place was clean, staff were polite, courteous
Woman at front desk was excellent. Thorough and very friendly. Doctor visit was quick and he didn't seem interested in the events causing my injury which was a workers comp. situation. Just spent 25 minutes on hold trying to get the results of my Xrays, so I gave up and hung up. Also.No Xray tech at your Hackettstown office, so I had to drive all the way to Ledgewood for X-rays. Being that I live in Pennsylvania, this was extremely inconvenient. I would NOT recommend Atlantic Health Urgent Care to anyone. Gave you two stars ... read more
Waited more than hour. Doctor saw us for 5 min. Still in pain, severe headache and having a hard time breathing! Didn't even use his stethoscope! Lol
