Great Doctor, Terrible Administration. We had our first appointment here as new patients and the administrative experience was a nightmare. The staff entered my name and date of birth incorrectly into the system. When the error was caught, instead of fixing it promptly, the front desk told me to wait an hour just for them to update my profile. I went for a sick visit and had a positive experience during check-in and with the staff inside. It was packed. The PA who attended to me was very thorough and listened carefully. Special thanks to PA-Stephanie and the urgent care staff. Worth the wait for great care
This is a very nice urgent care, there is lots of other specialist in the building as well. It was quick and efficient, the people were friendly. Stephanie was very nice and easy to talk to. my new go to urgent care.
