After I paid, then the nurse says they don't offer that vaccine anymore, then I ask for a refund and they asked me to wait to see the doctor only to be told the exact same thing by the doctor. So I basically paid to be told I won't be getting what I came for? This is after waiting for over an hour! Maybe the doctor would say it nicer? Nice way to rob patients!
We were invited to leave a review so here it is. I brought my 94 year old mother for urgent care. While waiting 45 minutes we were lied to on 3 occasions as to how much more time it would be before we were to be seen. On the last occasion we were told that everyone had been at lunch and we would be seen in 5 minutes. We were never seen and went to another Urgent Care where we were seen 6 minutes early. This place is a joke. Showed up at 7:40pm and was turned away because they close at 8pm and they said "we can't register anyone after 7:40pm"
