I called to ask if I can be seen before their closing time because had an accident and the receptionist told me that I can go if I wanted but I will need to wait then she put me on hold.i thought fg she was checking something but instead once she removed me from hold with a nasty attitude she said do you have any other questions. I took my son to the urgent care in Clark this morning. We got there just as the waiting room was really starting to fill up fast. APN Womble saw us and was very thorough and professional. Even though they were busy she explained everything to us and we did not feel rushed. The registration staff was great also. Thank you!
Came here a few days ago with a terrible cough & congestion. Was treated very courteously at the front desk by Shanique & Karen. Once I was roomed, Johann took my vitals quite efficiently. Soon after, Ina the provider came in and patiently listened to my complaint. All in all, an excellent experience. Definitely my Urgent Care of choice!!!
