The level of service at Atlantic Imaging was amazing. Short wait, personalized attention, and professional staff. I would recommend them for any trauma!!!
I visited the Paramus location yesterday. As a 65-year-old guy I've had my share of medical facility visits. I have to say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had. After checking in, I was introduced to nurse Kristina who was both knowledgeable and professional throughout. She made me very comfortable in a very uncomfortable procedure that I had to go through. So stressed out about getting an MRI because I am so claustrophobic that I actually came in the wrong day for appt. Harriet and Alyssa at the front desk were so wonderful and understanding. They were able to fit me in today. And can’t say enough good things about technologists Jim and Renato. Jim entertained me And made me feel as comfortable as possible. Doctor Patel refused to give my daughter a full viral panel despite me telling her I need it to know what she has because I have another kid that’s very sensitive and always ends up in the hospital, she told me she didn’t want me to get a expensive bill and that is no medicine for viruses, lady is not my first rodeo, since when is her job to decide what bills do patients get?
