TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DISCRIMINATE PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. SO, I MISSED AN APPOINTMENT BACK IN DECEMBER BECAUSE I WAS SICK AND I REALLY NEED MY KNEE INJECTIONS. THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT, JUST NOW IN JUNE, UNTIL I QUESTIONED THE OFFICE MANAGER CAROLINA, REGARDING THE DOCTOR REVIEWING MY OTHER CHART, SINCE THAT WAS DONE ALREADY. I visited the Paramus location yesterday. As a 65-year-old guy I've had my share of medical facility visits. I have to say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had. After checking in, I was introduced to nurse Kristina who was both knowledgeable and professional throughout. She made me very comfortable in a very uncomfortable procedure that I had to go through.
