Atlantic health seems to be engaged in the corporate practice of medicine with the initiation of their new "episodic" care plan for pelvic PT. Patients were presented with a letter indicating that Atlantic will now (in total disregard of what provider or prescribing provider have requested) conclude all pelvic PT after 8 sessions. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DISCRIMINATE PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. SO, I MISSED AN APPOINTMENT BACK IN DECEMBER BECAUSE I WAS SICK AND I REALLY NEED MY KNEE INJECTIONS. THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT, JUST NOW IN JUNE, UNTIL I QUESTIONED THE OFFICE MANAGER CAROLINA, REGARDING THE DOCTOR REVIEWING MY OTHER CHART, SINCE THAT WAS DONE ALREADY.
