I just took time off work to bring my toddler here for routine bloodwork. The nurse kept sticking my daughter and letting the needle fall out, taking forever to get started. Blood running down my daughter’s arm. It was awful. The nurses we usually get for shots move very quickly (as obvious approach with a 1 year old that can speak yet or be reasoned with regarding pain). First let me start by saying that I never leave reviews but I’m left speechless! my 2 year old has been getting consistent blood work since she was born and we have gone through many phlebotomist that have had to poke her multiple times in order to get a successful blood draw. This has lead to much stress and many tears and trauma. We came in for our routine bloodwork and Francis did an excellent job !
