Some of the phlebotomists are very rude, they shouldn’t be doing customer service jobs if they don’t know how to be polite.
Best phlebotomists on the east coast! They are all so good at what they do, it's a delight to have blood drawn here. I go in the afternoon and never wait in line.
Christa or Krista was extremely rude and unprofessional to patients in the waiting room. Michelle was an absolute sweetheart though. Maybe Krista was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse; do better and don’t go here :)
