You should not blame the staff working here. From what I experienced, it's the same people doing patient intake as those who are drawing your blood. They need help, expect slow service until they receive proper support staff. To give you an idea, I was 8th person on the list to be seen at 7:35am. I only started to give my personal info/reason for a visit at 8:50am. However, once that happened I was out 20 minutes later. They hit my vein the first time and I barely felt it. I had the unfortunate experience today of having to deal with Michelle. There has never been a time when I haven’t had a pleasant experience with Lydia or any of the other ladies. We chat, we laugh. Michelle on the other hand was dour from the first moment. No smile, no eye contact, didn’t speak two words if one would do. My veins are deep; I’m often a problem. Not sure of her name but terrible girl....I got bit by a dog and she went crazy claiming I had a staff infection. The dog bite is healing, but she would not listen she deleted my blood work out of computer...I tried to tell her she was wrong but she starting disinfecting everything and to go see my doctor for the doctor to say it NOT A STAFF INFECTION....I will not allow her to take my blood. .she made me feel so bad...if. you want to know any more ask her but she will not tell the truth....
