I don’t understand why Kativa works here if she has terrible customer service. Even the staff complain about her horrible attitude I’ve heard it all from this lady. And then when I come in for my appointment she started giving me problems saying I needed a referral for the appointment and couldn’t do it without one. But the hospital sent us there so I knew we were good. So when left and when we entered our car she wanted to call me and said she made a mistake. The staff is terrible Don't go there.we made our appointment 2 times.and they gave us hard time on just 5 mins late and co ordinator was on call with us but didn't let us go in.The adress is wrong. They didn't mention the full adress.we drove 2 hours far but they didn't take us in.
