Atlantic Health billing department is awful. They processed several of my claims wrong and one of the claims has processed for one year and still on pending. They overlooked the messages from insurance company and never call the them to get clarification. I have to call the billing department about same issues and spoke with several supervisors and still no progress. I emailed the EOB and they still not update the system.
