You would think a glass company knows the proper way to install a panel and when brought to their attention they refuse to fix their sloppy work Buyer beware...

Had we any doubt that your piece of glass was installed incorrectly, we would absolutely take care of any problem we created. However, the situation you're referring to has been misdiagnosed by someone who is not qualified to make accusations against our work. There is no "inside" or "outside" to clear, tempered glass, as suggested in your complaint. Wish you well with the rest of the project.

Great work, installers were on time, worked non-stop, replaced four window and two large sliders without any touch-up to paint or stucco required afterward. Reasonable price. Quality product from Custom Windows Systems.
