Dr. Yonker is great, however the front desk staff is so rude. It took 3 weeks and multiple voicemails left to get a call back to schedule a follow-up. When I finally got a call back the person was so rude and didn’t even schedule my appt. When I asked for a virtual visit I was told I’ve already had 2 virtual appointments and I was not allowed to have anymore. I am highly disappointed since I’ve been going there for the past 2 years.
By far the best Dr I have ever been in contact with....Very caring. Wish he was a Primary Care Physician.....I'm 63 He is the best!!!. Highly recommend him!!!! He has my 5 * approval....
I really love this office. They treat you not only respectfully but friendly and comfortable.
While a member of the office staff is beyond rude and almost caused me to change neurologists, Dr. P Yonkers is amazing: brilliant, kind, understanding. For that reason I try not to speak to the evil witch and focus on the amazing care I get from the doctor.
