Great prices. Salespeople were very helpful Fantastic selection Believe it or not Viola Davis was in there buying furniture for her mother. Couldn't believe my eyes. Talked to her. She's such a sweetheart.
You walk in no one speaks I spoke first. The person just grinned. Walked around for about 10 to 15 minutes not once did anyone asked to assist me mind you there was a couple people behind counter. This happened twice so I will no longer shop there.. Furniture nice and the price is reasonable but customer service goes a long way being in Retail for over 20 years myself
Customer service is terrible! Not very welcoming at all! Was in there for a good thirty minutes looking around at different items no can I help you find something? Nothing! Not the first time so just walked out!
