Terrible delivery people. Damaged my home, didn’t assemble the furniture and left all the packaging here. Absolutely incompetent!!
I don’t recommend no one to buy from here. They took forever to give my mom her dinning room set . We went to both the store to exchange the ones that my mom had picked for a different one but my mom didn’t like any in the stores. So my mom asked for a refund and they refused to give her a refund. And to add everything up they don’t know how to work or talk to customers. This place has been the worst place I have been to when it come to furniture.
Disappointing customer service. Tried to get a replacement part for a piece we own and was told we have to buy a whole new bed. Do you research before you buy something and make sure don’t damage anything. Can’t be replaced.
Cheap crap made in Vietnam
DO NOT ORDER A PIECE OF FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE. My item arrived heavily damaged and it has been a nightmare trying to get a replacement piece. Meanwhile my kids bunk bed can't be put together going on 3 weeks. Still no resolution and when you call the phone number you get directed to a call center that can't help you. I'm ready to dispute the charge on my card because this hasn't been handled and I'm still without a bed.
