I just have to give a huge thank you to Travis -he installed a new oil tank for me yesterday and had to remove the old one! It was a long hard day! They worked hard in he rain and then in my creepy old basement. He was kind and patient and smiled as he told me I was one of the toughest jobs he had ever done! We had such a great experience with getting our oil filled and getting our furnace back up and running. The fuel company we had used prior to this had retired, so we needed to find another fuel company and quickly! After my initial call, they set us up as new customers and they were at our house within two hours. We also appreciated their flexibility in working around our busy work schedules--as a kindergarten teacher in my first back to school I couldn't exactly leave my classroom!!! I have used this company for 5 years and they have always delivered a fill up 1-2 days after I request. I requested a delivery a few days ago after realizing we were closer to empty than I thought.This morning I called to check the delivery status since they had not shown up yet and was told they would not be able to come out for 2+ weeks because they have a tight schedule.
