I have used this company for 5 years and they have always delivered a fill up 1-2 days after I request. I requested a delivery a few days ago after realizing we were closer to empty than I thought.This morning I called to check the delivery status since they had not shown up yet and was told they would not be able to come out for 2+ weeks because they have a tight schedule. Had a pretty bad experience with this company. Have been using them for 4 years-no issues. I placed an oil delivery order a week ago and was told it would be delivered the following week. Didn’t get my delivery and was told that the delivery date was changed to the next month. A phone call with the new delivery date would’ve been really helpful. I had to scramble and find a different company.
Shawn called in advance to ensure he was delivering to the correct property (we live down a shared driveway). Appreciated the call and the prompt delivery.
