I felt satisfied with DR Smith's competence the first visit when he explained the situation with my feet and the need for inserts, but was highly disappointed when they billed my insurance for them AFTER i paid out of pocket!!! I am still getting billed from their billing department 2 months later! Even after I called and was told it would be taken care of I am still receiving bills!!! Will NEVER go back!! Dishonest billing practices I can NOT TOLERATE!!!
