I failed and broke my ankle and had surgery by one of the doctors. It appeared that everything went well, however there were always last minute cancellation of appointments post surgery (at least twice, where appointment was rescheduled 2.5 weeks later- and this was when sutures had to be removed) . When I had my appointments, I would wait at least 20-35 minutes EVERY single appointment before going back. I was always patient, and kind and flexible. Dr. Levitt and his team are wonderful! However, I needed to see another one of the doctor's for a toe situation that is not Dr. Levitt's speciality and called for three weeks in a row. No one has called me back after leaving messages weekly and in pain with my toe. I have had to go to another practice. Wow how I wish Dr. levitt handled my situation as I know he would have taken great care of me right away.
