We had a great experience with Chip and his young associate. When we went there the first time, we didn't know the differences between the various brands of commercial treadmills and the young man at the shop explained it well. We also kept in touch with Chip through text messages and he always responded within minutes. We finally got a Lifefitness treadmill and they did the hard part of bringing it into our basement and installing it. We couldn't be happier with the purchase and the experience with Chip. Highly recommend.
As an avid lifetime runner, I appreciate and rely on high-performing treadmills and other gym equipment. However, I cannot justify a premium price to have this equipment in my own home. Another great experience with Chip! The Octane Pro4700 replaced our Octane Q45 and sits next to the Precor treadmill we bought from him a few years ago. Delivery was smooth, with no sign they were even here.
