Chip is a great owner and so personable and easy to deal with. I have purchased several pieces of equipment from him and he stands by his work and the professionalism of his company.
We had a great experience with Chip and his young associate. When we went there the first time, we didn't know the differences between the various brands of commercial treadmills and the young man at the shop explained it well. We also kept in touch with Chip through text messages and he always responded within minutes. We finally got a Lifefitness treadmill and they did the hard part of bringing it into our basement and installing it. We couldn't be happier with the purchase and the experience with Chip. Highly recommend.
In less than three days, I got my elliptical delivered, setup, and ready to use. I really enjoyed working with Chip and I am glad I found his shop. Great experience!!!
