I would absolutely give you guys 5 stars if your web site wasn't so awful...The site is not very user friendly and the app associated with your institution is almost completely useless and feels and seems buggy and dated. In an era where people handle most of all of their transactions and business online, I honestly would expect more from you all especially considering you are a smaller more privatized institution that operates within a small window of time daily and does not provide 24/7 customer support.
