I was very disappointed with my experience at this eye doctor’s office. I paid $175 out of pocket for the eye exam, even though I have medical insurance. I was told that my medical insurance was not accepted because an eye exam is considered vision care and I did not have a separate vision plan. I understand that insurance policies can be different, but the way this was handled and explained to me felt very business-oriented and not patient-focused.
