DONT RENT HERE. I rented a 35d excavator and it broke after 15 min of use. They did come out and confirm that it was due to their poor maintenance of the equipment, as the metal was wearing for some time. They would not give me a credit for the extra cost accrued by me for baby sitters, time lost at work or having to use the rental in the dark and rain. A true definition of the term "shysters." These con men love to rope you in with all their talk about Jesus and use of Christian analogies, all the while sticking a knife in your back. Dave is a real smooth talker, but he's a crook. Their service after they get your money is non-existent. It's all good tho. We purchased a shed off the lot. We waited 2 weeks for delivery. on the day of delivery we waited 1 1/2 hours. no show no call from the company. next day contacted them we were asked to contact first thing on Tuesday because they were set up at the fair. when we contacted them on Tuesday it was set up to be delivered in the morning. but call no show. A bit late now, but I've rented tow pieces of equipment here and the experience was great. Machinery is in great shape and works well and great prices. You can't say the same for other rental places in the area.
