SCAM!!!!! They said we signed up for service (we did not) and are being charged an extra $200 for "delivery". Will be hearing from our attorney. I called and was told I signed up for a service. First I did no such thing. Second the bill nor the house is in my name. So how is someone who is NOT on the bill able to make changes to the bill? Little concerning that this company can go ahead and make changes when the homeowner doesn't approve them.

Deceptive practices, going door-to-door with Eversource materials claiming to be doing an "energy update" then they try to sign you on to change your supplier over without your consent
