Worst Experience of my life. Sales department GM (Paul Acevedo) HAS NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. (YOU DEFINITELY DON'T WANT TO BE A PART OF HANANIA FAMILY) I bought New jeep that leaked the first 27 miles. They wouldn't take it back..my car was in the service department. $1500 to get it out. This had/was our go to Jeep place since 2002. New ownership certainly did result in very poor customer service. We thought we needed a new Jeep gas cap and came by--no gas cap in stock so they ordered one for us and we gladly paid up front. Well, I did not know a darn gas cap is considered a 'special item order??' For gosh sakes, a gas cap. I went by yesterday to pick up and return. Drove 4 hours for nothing, just to get SCAMMED! Dalton said the car was lifetime fully covered, and made me drive 2 hours to see a car with NO warranty! I had to add 15k to add it …. They told me the car had full lifetime warranty. I confirmed it 3 times over the phone before driving 2 hours to see the car. When I got there they said the online price is not the real price isn’t $1,500 more in person, and then said they can only pull up warranty options AFTER buying the car.
