Great experience and worth the drive from Cape Coral to work with both Josh G the salesman and Mike H the business manager. I feel we got a decent deal since they need to eat too and appreciate the transparency and banter. Great job, guys.
Have been sent multiple emails regarding the service of my Jeep. I have responded to each and every one of these emails and then some saying that my Jeep was unfortunately totaled and I had purchased a buy one get two free oil change and wanted to see if I could redeem it on my Volkswagen Passat or get a refund if not. Still after about a month no response. I believe they're only interested if they can sell you a vehicle or make money. Hopefully, someone Will respond to my email at some point and let me know either way......
First experience…. Horrible. After going for a simple brake caliper issue, arriving for a 7:30am appointment (where you indicate that you are waiting on the vehicle) and then the employee that takes the paperwork stamps on RED big letters “WAIT” on the paperwork… at 9:30am, the app indicates the brake caliper needs replaced and I approve the work through the app since I no employee spoke with me.
