This is my second time dealing which this dealership and had the same horrible experience as the first time. This time I get a gift card in the mail for service. I called to schedule and the woman says someone will call me back. Well that never happened. Stay away from this place. Customer service is non existent.
I’ve had my Jeeps serviced at the St Augustine Dealership a few times in the past years . Recently I had a bad battery , called to set up service , They said bring it in / same day service , quick and easy . They have done some basic oil changes / tire rotations, warranty repair and service bulletin recalls. Overall the Service Department makes it a pleasant experience.
