We bought a late model Jeep Wrangler from Hanania Jeep in St. Augustine, FL. We had maintenance issue shortly after we took posession of the Jeep. When I took it in for service the General Mgr. Paul Acevedo got involved & the problem was solved in short order. Paul was also involved in the purchase of the same vehicle & made the process easy. They were there when we needed help. While I have not been a customer of the dealership, I would definitely buy from them in the future. The way an organization treats those who haven't been customers says a lot. I called the dealership looking into a what I presumed was some sort of fraud based on my information appearing in my CARFAX account that was associated with the dealership. I was out of town in St Augustine with my Ram 2500 Power Wagon and had a tire issue. I stopped into Hanania CDJR late on Friday and Coben Batch jumped on it and I was out in less than an hour. OUTSTANDING SERVOUS! Thank you
