Recently submitted a Bad Review for Hanania Dodge Jeep involving Antenna I purchased and the way I was treated at the Parts Dept. I was immediately contacted by the Parts Dept Mgr and the Body Shop Mgr and quickly resolved my issue! I was immediately refunded the price of my Antenna with a good explanation of the issue. This dealership is rare to come across. I drove two hours to this dealership and it was well worth the drive this team really takes care of their customers and they made promises to me being 2 hours away and no matter what hurtle we had they did exactly what they said and even more. Visited their service dept. for my Jeep's first oil change. Very nice, caring people. Fast efficient and quality work. I'd recommend this place to everyone including my family. Great experience and I didn't even buy my Jeep here, odds are I'll buy my next one here!
Worst Experience of my life.... Sales department GM (Paul Acevedo) HAS NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. (YOU DEFINITELY DON'T WANT TO BE A PART OF HANANIA FAMILY) I bought New jeep that leaked the first 27 miles. They wouldn't take it back..my car was in the service department. $1500 to get it out. I've decided to trade it in. They said I wouldn't have to pay if I traded in. And they still charged me to service my car that I used for the trade in. I've (NEVER) heard from them again.
