My experience was awesome!
I had my first visit yesterday. Began with X-rays and a very thorough, but not uncomfortable, cleaning. Then Dr. Yeh reviewed the x-rays and her observations of my teeth and mouth and made some practical recommendations that made a lot of sense to me. She referred me to an orthodontist for a consult and explained the changes in that field that make it worthwhile for me to consider it even as a senior adult. Extremely predatory scheduling tactics. They will do everything to keep you paying for more visits. Missed out on my 6 month exam because the office staff misled me about when my next appointment was and what my insurance was covering. They had me go in for an “emergency” that was not even an emergency, and waited until I was already finished with the appointment to tell me that helping with a cleaning inquiry would count as my checkup visit- leaving out the fact that I was scheduled for a regular checkup the following week.... read more
I feel fortunate to have found a dental practice so close to home. The office staff is welcoming and friendly . They take my insurance ! In all these years I have not been able to take advantage of the benefits. Quite frankly I was skeptical at first. Seemed so corporate. I am glad I took a chance . Dr Yeh is excellent. The hygienist does a thorough job . All my questions are answered. I trust them! I
