Every time I come, they are nice to me very polite 👌they are always on top of my appointments. I highly recommend
Don't awnser phone and don't give a copy of your x rays even if you pay
Very unprofessional especially since I've been coming here for years. Never answers the phone, you could leave multiple voicemails that they never receive. Speaking to me in Spanish and English please don't do this especially if you are trying to go over the pricing stick one language. For taking my PPO really overpriced oh and doing 2 plus hours of work for a crown! Even getting a cleaning is 2 hours it's really ridiculous.
I was told I needed a deep cleaning and that I also needed some fillings to be done. It took them over 2 months to let me know that my dental care didn’t approve my deep cleaning and wanted me to pay an insane amount out of pocket. Okay, so if my dental care didn’t approve the deep clean, why couldn’t they at least do my fillings? I went to another dentist and was told I didn’t even need a deep cleaning, just a regular one. Bad communication here.
