Pathetic Repair Shop. UTV still under warranty brought in for oil leak. After 1 1/2 months they said they couldn’t find the leak?!?!? The acknowledged all the oil in my skid plates but couldn’t find it. Then charged me $160 diagnostic fee for a UTV under WARRANTY THAT THEY COULDNT FIND!!! Never go to this place you been warned. Have a call placed with Kawasaki Corporate to see what they think…
I walked in expecting some help with a simple repair, but the interaction was incredibly disappointing. The staff did not seem interested in answering my questions or providing any real guidance, and I felt completely ignored while standing there. I left without getting any support, and I definitely will not be coming back for any future needs.
