I called the service department ahead to see if they had time to look at a couple issues with my quad. They said they were a week behind but to bring it in. I waited two weeks and began calling once a week to check In. They kept saying they’d check and call me back. They never called. This place is absolutely horrible, they play off of being the only major service provider for 2 and 3 wheelers,as well as motor sports vehicles. The service has dropped so low as to being unsafe. The owner and his revolving door of service mangers is a testimony of steady decline in dangerous service. I love it here it's like the (Cheers Bar) but it's a motorcycle shop, the customer service, the gear the neatness the staff, even the sent of the motorcycles every thing is a good experience here.
