Robert, Joey, and team replaced our heat pump. They did a fantastic job and would recommend them to anyone! They were professional and were able to replace the heat pump quickly during the frigid winter!
Our furnace was throwing up error codes on and off for 2-3 weeks. I called Atlantic Coastal Cooling and Heating and they were able to dispatch a technician out to me (as a new customer) the very next day. The staff were helpful in calling to set up reminders and updates on ETA. Leonard was thorough, honest, efficient, and was able to diagnose and correct the problem. Very happy with our experience and highly recommend. I appreciate that it is a family-owned small business that prides itself in its incredible service
Jamie came by on 24 hours nice and took a look at my furnace. I was told the previous day that an expensive repair was necessary and that probably better to overhaul entire system. Jamie inspected the furnace and told me no replacement or repair was needed and the system still had a few years before it needed replacement. Very much appreciate Jamie’s honesty letting me know the work wasn’t necessary immediately.
