It is not unreasonable to expect any professional upgrading an electrical appliance to at least ensure that the electrical system can handle the upgrade. When this company failed at the most basic of checks, rather than admitting any fault they pushed back and blamed the home owner (us)! We are not electricians, that is why we hired someone else to do it! Refusing to take blame and being totally unprofessional in the process.

Terrie, the representative I dealt with, by far is the worst ever. She had the nerves to give my wife an attitude since day one, give myself and attitude and Lowe's as well. She called all of us liars and would not even listen to what we have to say. To make matters even worst she denied everything that she told all of us, my wife Lowe's and myself since day one. Woah......i am speechless by her incredible actions.
