After paying for extended coverage and twice a year maintenance checkup, 3 yrs into a 6 yr contract, they have not returned my calls, after calling for past 2 months, to schedule for winter check up. No return calls, no way to leave messages, no nothing. BUYER BEWARE!

I had a 5 ton system installed 5 years ago and it's been great. I recently had an issue with the system short cycling and Eric and his team were right out to make the repair.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I paid for a permit for a new system and Atlantic Air decided not to get one. I called the owner several times and was put off always with promises, but no results. Many excuses, but no permits. I told him I would get the permit and he asked me not to. Still no results. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I never bought the unit from them.

Company install heat pump without getting permits. Now I’m finding out from other ac companies that the installation is not up code and needs to be redone.contacted company and they not responding to my emails or text. I’m 73 yrs old and taken advantage of by this unscrupulous company. I want my money back so I can get the job done by a reputable company.
