Absolutely awful. Got rear ended at a red light. My jeep Wrangler needed a new tailgate and bumper. Not only they took more than 4 months to complete, but they did the most awful job (they blamed a previous supervisor who was no longer there, parts were not available, etc. blah blah blah). The parts were widely available when I searched online though. In any case the result is awful. Paint doesn't match in color or texture.
