Beware of using Atlantic Coast as your lender. Our mortgage agent, Paul James, did everything he could to sabotage the lending process. He promised from day one that he could meet a specific deadline however then later stated that he never made that promise however my wife, the realtor, and the builder were all there during that meeting and he had to be reminded that there were witnesses to what he had promised.
