Does anyone actually work here ...trying to get my water tested to make sure our Apt water is not what is making my wife and I sick. I'm not saying it is but the water tastes horrible

The ACMUA has an web site with all the paperwork that you need to do business. And are able to have e-mails answered through the customer care request.

I called because we had discolored water in our toilet, sink, shower. Anyway, I was put on hold for maybe 1 minute and was greeted by a polite representative. They were able to explain the situation, (there was a system wide flush in my area on all the hydrants), and they referred me to their website which gave more information on the matter. I called around 1030am on a Monday.

In the middle of trying to close on a property in AC. I reached out to the water dept. on a Wed concerning multiple water issues I was having, no water, NO METER at property. I could not get answers from the buyers agent. I called during Covid so the Municipal office was short staffed but the woman who answered patiently listened to me and told me a supervisor would call me back...Next day Ms. S. called me! She explained why there was no meter and what needed to be done to reinstate service, she was on the phone for over 20 ... read more
