I called about my bill and the lady on the phone was incredibly rude. Wouldn't let me talk and then when I did start talking she cut me off and said "can I talk now?" As if she didn't talk enough. Her tone was condescending. I asked to speak with someone else because I didn't like her attitude and was hung up on. I called back three times back to back and they didn't answer the phone. I just have to say how kind all of the people that work in the city municple services are. After living in Philly for 10+ years there’s a drastic difference. They’re always pleasant and helpful and genuinely just nice people. Sheryl in the water department and another girl (can’t remember her name) in the building department were so helpful over the phone. Not sure they’ll ever see this, but it’s so appreciated. Thank you!

Does anyone actually work here ...trying to get my water tested to make sure our Apt water is not what is making my wife and I sick. I'm not saying it is but the water tastes horrible

The ACMUA has an web site with all the paperwork that you need to do business. And are able to have e-mails answered through the customer care request.
