Visited last week with a friend to look at purchasing or leasing a new Jeep or Volkswagon. Sales person was awesome. The red haired "finance" guy was an ignorant tool bag that decided that eye rolling and being condescending was a good idea, lost a sale for that salesman. How pathetic of a human that guy is. I purchased my Jeep there 5 years ago. I will never step foot in that shyt show of a dealership again.

Don’t take take your car to this shop at all. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Brought my car in at 6am and dropped of for a 8:30 am diagnostics. Did not hear back from them till after I showed up at there door at 3pm. Kept saying someone would call me back and didn’t. Then when I got there they refuse to release my car because they was waiting on warranty authorization through mopar. This took over 72 hours for an authorization that was not needed as I spoke to the mopar warranty company myself. After speaking to the service manager ... read more
