Went there to look for a car for my son who is in The United States Marine Corp, and they tried to push him into a car he clearly couldn't afford. Like sharks with blood in the water, luckily my son had me with him. Then had the audacity to call and ask why we didn't come back. Would not recommend.
I purchased a new vehicle here with IQ.DRIVE clearly listed on the window sticker — a major safety and driver-assist feature — but no one ever told me it was included, explained how it worked, or helped me activate it. My mom literally asked about it 100 times and they looked at her every time like she had five heads. I left the dealership unaware I even had it. Visited last week with a friend to look at purchasing or leasing a new Jeep or Volkswagon. Sales person was awesome. The red haired "finance" guy was an ignorant tool bag that decided that eye rolling and being condescending was a good idea, lost a sale for that salesman. How pathetic of a human that guy is. I purchased my Jeep there 5 years ago. I will never step foot in that shyt show of a dealership again.
