The receptionist was really rude. Than I feel Doctor Griffin just cares when you’re in her presence, but doesn’t care once you leave the office. As a first time patient I called back to ask the doctor a quick question and I feel like I was just dismissed. I don’t write reviews or do anything like this. I understand this is people lives and jobs but I just can’t believe it or get over it.
There is a wait. However both providers take their time with their patients and provide excellent care.
I only have great experiences when I go here. The staff is always nice and professional. The providers are great as well. The PA is very knowledgeable and the doctor really takes her time with you. There is a bit of a wait, but again they take their time with all their patients.
