One of the collaborating organizations my company works with selected a blower from Atlantic and required me to integrate it into my design last minute. Daniel with Atlantic was on the ball and sent me a great STEP file within minutes of my request.
Atlantic Blowers has excellent products and excellent service. Daniel and his team directly assisted third party vendors to ensure we were properly taken care of and received the exact equipment we needed for our operation. They even went out of their way to teach us and provide us with guidance along the way to ensure we understood our machine and that the blower would be reliable for years to come.
My company had a problem with Atlantic Blowers and the certification for certain of its axial fans. As far as I can tell, contrary to the assertions on their website, Atlantic Blowers does NOT manufacture the blowers I procured from them. My guess is that these blowers are manufactured in China. Moreover, I have reason to believe that the Atex certification that Atlantic Blowers made available to me, which purported to show that the explosion proof fans I purchased were indeed Atex certified, was fake. Other than a minor shipping snafu excellent customer service in sizing and product knowledge. This project went off without a hitch. Customer was very satisfied.
Awesome customer service, they are fast and the prices are good. Been buying from them for a few years now and even though I'm not the biggest customer I'm always treated well. They will have my business for a long time. Thanks to all the team
