I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I came to Atlantic in such a bad place. I could barely get up, couldn’t eat, and my OCD was on high alert. I left 5 months later in such a better place. Alex S was such a helpful individual therapist who truly changed the trajectory of my life with her thoughtful insights. Meghan handled my entire FMLA process and made sure there was zero gaps in my coverage. Before Atlantic, I woke up every day in a state of panic. I was in rough shape. When I arrived, the counselors, therapists, case managers, the whole staff was amazing and extremely welcoming. I loved the community there and the friends I made as well. There is a large age range and I got along with everyone. Thank you Atlantic!
Atlantic was something I sought out and then completely resisted. I thought all I needed was meds and group was stupid. I was so so wrong. I ended up sobbing uncontrollably while I told my story. This is a very professional organization with the best minds, therapists and staff. Overall one of the best experiences in my mind. They are all so friendly, helpful and actually listen. Superb company.
