I cannot thank the team at Atlantic enough for helping guide me through the journey to improving my mental health. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I came to Atlantic in such a bad place. I could barely get up, couldn’t eat, and my OCD was on high alert. I left 5 months later in such a better place. Alex S was such a helpful individual therapist who truly changed the trajectory of my life with her thoughtful insights. Meghan handled my entire FMLA process and made sure there was zero gaps in my coverage.
