Atlantic was something I sought out and then completely resisted. I thought all I needed was meds and group was stupid. I was so so wrong. I ended up sobbing uncontrollably while I told my story. I thought they would think I was on drugs and tell me (like everyone else) that I had to go to the hospital. Ben helped me to fit Atlantic into my schedule and get the care I so desperately needed. This is a very professional organization with the best minds, therapists and staff. Overall one of the best experiences in my mind. They are all so friendly, helpful and actually listen. Superb company.

When I first arrived at Atlantic, I had no idea what to expect and was, naturally, a bit nervous. But I quickly learned that this was a place of community, where people openly shared and generously supported each other. It was amazing. Learning from others was critical in the proces. I came to Atlantic feeling so broken and hopeless in the lowest state of my life. This place both welcomed me and pushed me in perfect balance.
