Some countries don't medicate. I watched a documentary many years ago on the mentally ill treatment plans of other countries. In the Nordic area they have host families that feel qualified to let a "mentally ill" person live with them. Another country went to the farm. I didn't get to watch the first half of the program. Ironic I didn't know then that I'd be going through 14 hospital visits and two mental health courts. They stay as long as they need. Not that hospitals aren't loving caring places. But. I dunno. My distrust of pharma aside, I've had good experiences here.
The staff needs to find a substitute for Tracy who gives monthly injections at Newton Medical Center incase she is sick or can't come to work. When I miss work or anyone misses work, what happens? Someone replaces you to get the work done the same day scheduled to fulfill the job. There's several licensed professionals in the emergency room, inpatient unit, and on call nurses that know how to give a simple 15 second injection.
