I was sent here to the psychiatric ward involuntarily past 24 hours without full consent and full knowledge on 02/05/2026. - I was manipulated and lied to, forcing me to stay here against my own will. (Stella from St Claires lied to me at my house and said it would only be 1-2 hour process) I am pressing charges against her and Dianne another clinician from St Claire's. - I was left in scrubs for 23 hours without proper treatment and shower. Had to bring our son for a clearance before returning to school. The staff were incredibly welcoming and thorough in explaining the process. The office is clean, organized and peaceful. For a family that has unfortunately had to utilize mental health resources all too often, this assessment center was by far the best and most seamless experience we have had.

Fantastic experience at their assessment center. The coordinator there, Vincent, is awesome and the staff are well trained and compassionate.

The staff at the behavioral health assessment center are wonderful! From the front desk, to the assistant and the coordinator, Vinny. Thank you all for making a stressful experience much better and getting me the care that I need!
