Nice people at first, now I can't wait until my lease ends. If you are looking to rent from them save your self and don't. They care nothing about your health. I submitted something for pest control and still have not gotten anything back from them. If I could break my lease and move I would.
If only I could give less than one star, I would. I warn anyone looking to rent from Atlantic Beacon. The company does not care about the health and safety of their tenants. The staff was very nice and helpful in the beginning. After I moved in their attitude changed, they became rude and nasty. I would submit my maintenance request and would go unanswered for 3 to 6 months with out repair. I had a non working kitchen sink, it took them 2 months to fix it.
