very disapponited with them
been living in the same place since 1977 & NOW they have new ownwers & WILL NOT RENEW my lease & they at 1st said I had to be out by May 31, but changed to July 5. We have over 7 units on Parkwood Ave that they own in fact 2 or 3 just moved into one of them with in the last 3-5 months.I'm ver diappointed with them & they didn't even bothered to see if I want to move into another unit that the owned
They are a zero; since there is no zero rating they get one star. Horrible, horrible people!!! It is comforting to know that am not alone. Sometimes we want to give people the benefit of doubt but am so glad I started treating them just as bad as they treated me.
I would add less stars if i could. Maureen is an emotionless money hungry human. When living under an Atlantic Beacon lease, my house was broken into TWICE and a man was murdered on our front lawn. I called Maureen and asked to exit the lease or for some form of help because our safety was literally at danger and she said there was nothing she could do. How do you sleep at night Maureen?
