If I could give zero stars, I would! This company waited until ONE week before the day we were supposed to close on, to ask for additional information. Which, in turn, pushed our closing back by 9 days. We had already turned in our notice of leaving to our apartment office, so this was a huge inconvenience to us. Do not recommend.

Missed 3 closing dates in a row. Will never use them again. Last minute everything
Garbage lender. Poor communication, waiting until last minute to clear conditions. If you want to close on time, stay clear of this place. This garbage lender took a conventional contract and ran it through their system as an FHA for over 2 weeks before someone noticed it was wrong.
