I understand they need to make money but this fbo has the highest cost of fuel in the United States outside of a handful of International airports. On top of this they are very sneaky about ramp fees. When I was filling up a truck pulled up and waited for me to leave before getting out and checking the amount of fuel I purchased. The ground crew was well organized and were ready at a moments notice. Fueling was exact and efficient. Jennifer in the FBO was on her game with listening and having our plane in position as we needed. Wow, what a crew!
Not great
Frequent flyers beware. If you use the fuel island and decide to have a bathroom break here, don’t bother seeking their indoor bathroom. Front desk will deny you and tell you to use the porta-potty closer to the fuel island, like you’re a second class citizen
