1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend My previous comments are the reason 5 Star : Repair Quality It looks good 3 Star : Customer Service I would’ve rated it a 10 however on pick up it rated a six. The reason is because I called ahead to say someone else is picking up the car. They Or given a very hard time. I had alerted the office previously gave their name and still they had to call me to prove that they were picking up my car. The person in the office got the name wrong three times! 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I believe Atlantic Auto Body is not part of a chain (I could be mistaken) and I usually prefer local, however my experience with Caliber Collision (there are several) was 1000% better, I would recommend Caliber Collision in a heartbeat.
