I drive a long way for quality service and today the first day this dealership let me down. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2013 I sat around for 3-4 hours and was told before they do anything to my vehicle they’ll let me know. They went ahead did things to my vehicle without my knowledge. Today I feel they robbed and betrayed me and I hope they enjoy the money they stole from me today because that will be the last robbery that will happen to me.

From the start it was easy scheduling my appointment. When I arrived Mike took me in Right away. The rep was very courteous, he made me feel welcome and was concern for the the needs of the car. He let me know that the machanic would do. He assured me that they will make the car is in tip top shame.

The buying process was handled in a very professional manner. My sales rep., Kim, was knowledgeable and provided a l a good discussion of buying options (I purchased a Q7) and buy. / lease alternatives.
