We recently got a new set of double ovens from Atlantic Appliance. We first went to a well-known chain store where they told us it would take 4-6 weeks for the whole process. Atlantic Appliance did it in under a week. Our salesperson was Kenny and he was great! He communicated daily to keep us in the loop. The process was super easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend Atlantic Appliance for all your appliance needs!
I have had great disappointment with this company. All I can say to anyone looking at the GE Monogram refrigerator is to make sure you fully understand what the bottom looks like. I was sold this as an exact replacement for my old GE but what the bottom area looks like is truly awful. If I can help others not buy this then it’s the best I can do. Been a customer for years. Mark Edwards was a classmate of mine 45 years ago. Bought many appliances from him and always had great service and pricing. Eric took care of me with my last purchase in Marks absence and he was outstanding. Took care of my needs very quickly. They were able to get our New washer in less than 24 hrs. If you need appliances at a fair price and great service call Atlantic Appliance!
Purchased 8000 in appliances and sales dept did not inform us of the Bosch rebates. Install team charged us 600 for one hour work and damaged our cabinets in the process with no recourse. Live and Learn. After contacting Eric and his team they made every thing right. I am 100% a customer for life. Thanks
