I used their service in Oct 2023. They did not put it through insurance, and have sent me to collections. They are absolutely impossible to reach, and every 3 months or so, I have to revisit this same situation that still hasn't been properly billed through insurance. If I am dying, I still will never get inside one of their ambulance ever again.

I was not dealt with honestly. After the ambulance arrived the situation was normalized. I was going to take my child to the hospital and was not told that the drive was an extra charge. I was charged over $350 for an 8 mile drive. When I received the bill I tried to state my case in a letter and a call. WITHOUT any response I was sent to collection. Incredible!
