My Mother had a 1:20 pm appt today, I scheduled this pickup 3 weeks ago, Michael stated she would be picked up by 12:00 pm, I called to confirm the pick up last Friday and was told everything was all set and again this morning, not only did they not show up at 12:00, the dispatcher when I called sounded confused, then I was told they were running behind, but would be there soon, called again at 1:00 pm and was told they were on their way, my Mother missed her Dr appt, I had to rebook her appt which won't be for another month... read more

Awful experience. They were two hours late picking my mom up for a scheduled appointment and two and one half hours late taking her home. I called and got no response. They don’t care and don’t change. Do yourself a favor and use any other service. They don’t deserve one star.
