My AC system died on a Thursday evening. Friday morning I called Atlantic Air and they had Nelson come as soon as possible. Nelson installed a temporary motor on my system to help with the extreme heat so we could decide how to proceed. Since our system was 15 yrs old we decided we needed a new one. Beau, the service technician who came out was extremely thorough, taking the time to check everything carefully and explain what he was doing in a clear and friendly way.
