Nick did the initial assessment, he increased the size of our duct work to make the system work more efficient. Keandra, Orlando and Beau were the crew that came to remove and replace our duct work and vents. They were all very courteous, professional and efficient in getting the job done in one day, although it was projected for two days. Atlantic Air saved us over $4000 from an initial assessment from another company. So I would recommend getting a quote form these guys before spending more than you need. Keandre, Orlando and Beau were absolutely wonderful to work with they were extremely professional communicative and did a great job. Everything was very clean, as good as new; if not better! I definitely recommend working with Atlantic Air for I personally believe they are the best company in our area. Thank you guys for all your hard work. It was an absolute pleasure to work with and get to know you!
Our compressor on our previous unit died and, we ultimately decided to replace the whole system. It’s not something we expected or wanted to do, but really liked dealing with Ken at Atlantic air. His guys, Keandre and Orlando, were excellent. Very polite and hard-working. They worked diligently all day long and cleaned up after themselves. Everything excellent so far.
My AC system died on a Thursday evening. Friday morning I called Atlantic Air and they had Nelson come as soon as possible. Nelson installed a temporary motor on my system to help with the extreme heat so we could decide how to proceed. Since our system was 15 yrs old we decided we needed a new one. I had a wonderful experience with Atlantic Air for an annual maintenance. From start to finish, they were professional, prompt, and reliable. Beau, the service technician who came out was extremely thorough, taking the time to check everything carefully and explain what he was doing in a clear and friendly way.
