I really wanted to support a local business, but this was disappointing. The technician showed up late, didn’t seem very knowledgeable, and left without fully explaining what was done. The heat pump is still making noise, and I feel like I just threw money away. Not impressed.

Unreliable, overpriced, and poor communication. Nothing more to say—just don’t bother with this company.
