Great service. They came exactly at the appointed time. Angel arrived promptly at the appointed time. After servicing the a/c units he found that one of the fan motors had failed and had to be replaced. He was able to get the new motor and replaced it. The final check was positive and he was able to depart. I also would like to mention that the new coffee cups are very nice, thank you.

We had recently had a maintenance service with another company. That company found issues with both systems they suggested each needed repair ($400 to replace a contactor on one, $800 to recharge the other). Something just didn't sound right to me, since the systems are only 7-8 years old and had been regularly serviced since the initial installation. I decided to get a second opinion.
