Terrible experience here. Didn't catch a broken bone on an xray then tried to double charge me. Talking to their customer service is impossible.
First time visit with my son, and I couldn't be happier with the care my special son got. Everyone, from reception(sorry I missed your name), to assistant and of course Dr. Lee( i got his name) was fantastic and comforting. Very thorough, and not at all rushed, invited questions....etc....Thank you all, very refreshing to know there is good care there if needed.
I highly recommend Atlantic AdvacEd Urgent Care for their efficiency in treating me as a patient.Their state of the art technology is a topnotch and a blessing to the community in addressing various health conditions so you don’t have to get delayed in getting diagnosed. The staff are very welcoming making it a lot easier for a patient who already is having a health challenge. Kudos to all the Doctors and nurses for making a difference, one patient at a time! Keep it up and thank you for what you do!
I find the staff to be incredibly helpful, kind & go above & beyond to make the patient feel heard. The drs really take their time & don’t rush out of the room.
My son needed an urgent CAT-scan and even though it was quite late in the day, the staff at this urgent care made it possible and saved us a visit to the emergency room. Everyone was very friendly and professional and we received excellent care. A special shout-out to the person at the front desk - she was very helpful!
